The room was a bit small and the shower was the smallest shower I have ever been in. Other than that the room was comfortable and it had AC with a ceiling fan to stay cool the bed was comfortable and the staff and breakfast was definitely worth staying there.

All you need, where you need!

Location and services were great! This was not the most spacious hotel room I've ever stayed in, but given the premium location, it was just perfect. The staff were very friendly and accommodated a couple of requests. Overall, I think this is an excellent place to stay when visiting Zona Colonial! Every landmark is located at walking distance from the hotel

Everything went well. I have stayed at Casa Conde more than 10 times and this time it was the same as ever. One thing has improved over the years is the wifi service. Oh... and breakfast. Now it is self service. The hotel is very clean and staff are always willing to help.

Tbh after reading reviews on google I was a bit afraid, I was traveling with my partner who is recovering from a health trauma and is super sensitive to his comfort in his environment so I reached out to the hotel And expressed my concern and I said I’m willing to pay for an upgrade. They expressed that there was no need and they’d ensure we’d have a great experience. Well I’m glad I listen they blew my expectation, the property was in an amazing location. Super clean and the breakfast was great and central to everything. The only feedback Is that they only gave me 1 towel and I asked several times And never received one. Ended up using my beach towel. Other than that it’s was great and they earned a returning customer in me. Already planning my return.

The only redeeming qualities for this hotel are that the hotel is in a prime location and the pillow top bed and pillows are comfortable. The WiFi wasn't great for video calls and phone calls were spotty, but the Internet was good enough for me to work remotely. I would expect that to vary a lot by room as my service was terrible and I could barely connect in specific areas of the room. The worst part was the AC, or lack thereof. The first night it was well over 100F in the room upon arrival. I had the front desk person help and he said give it a few hours. A few hours later it was still miserable. After about 20 hours of it running, it was maybe 85 in the room. Advertising they have "AC" was 100% false advertising. Staying outside would have been more comfortable. The AC in the office and breakfast rooms worked fine, but not in the rooms, as many have mentioned. The breakfast wasn't good and the eggs probably had more salt than eggs. At least I was only here 2 nights and it was in a good location. The shower seemed 3rd world and was not good, you have to hold the handle to wash. It was terrible and moldy. I'd never stay here again and recommend spending extra for a quality spot. This is not it. I wish I'd have asked for a refund and went somewhere nicer. It was miserably hot, especially between 5AM and 1AM with AC and fan on full blast.
