I would have stayed at the hotel if the walls were painted and the bathroom looked better. Optics is everything when sleeping in hotels. The sit-in patio looked awesome to chat all night with friends and family.

Pictures online as the same as the building inside is now and no stables running water with pressure flying bugs in shower water stopped working in the middle of my shower wont be staying here again nope. But the customer service is great. Inside construction of hotel is run down

I didn’t stay at this property instead they told me to go to a different location. The other location had a room for me. There was a leak in the washroom over the toilet. It had roots growing out of the ceiling. The sheets were clean.

It is a cozy place where you can stay and spend a quiet night, the prosonal are 1A , good attention to service, dedication and resolution of immediate problems sociable and very supportive both in the day and at night until I am going to stay again, and in future plans I will stay here, also walking you can visit the Paceo del Conde and the Colonial Zone, visit some restaurants and nightclubs. Which you can walk.

There is places to eat right around it. Its safe quiet. There is free wifi. And very good location. Its close to colony city and the malecon. It is in the center of the city. Customers service is very good. They try very hard to please the customer. But, condition of the property no so good. Water has not pressure. And it needs minor work. They can charge a little more in order to fix the place better.
