Everything was perfect! Pools was amazing and the hot tube killed it it was great. Staff was really nice and always ready to help. Although there was not hot water it was great! I will recommend it if you ever go there it was great! River view was amazing and so relaxing. Amenities were so clean and bed as well

Everything was beautiful around the hotel except for the tiny rooms, which needed some kind of remodeling. They supposed to get us a deluxe rooms with queen bed and ended up having a full size bed in a room that you can barely walk in, they overpriced the rooms, everything looks pretty old and apparently there wasn't even space for the trashcan in the room since we couldn't find one... I gotta say you can enjoy the view and they do have a good breakfast... but don't expect to have a nice restroom or a bedroom

The place was truly a hidden gem! It’s the perfect retreat! If you can splurge on the river view definitely do it because it’s truly worth it! The atmosphere was calming, welcoming and relaxing yet you had all needed entertainment. The hotel is also close to the city center for all city activities . I’ll definitely be back if I ever visit jarabacoa again! ❤️
