"Unfortunately, we were only at the property for a few hours and it was night time, so we didn't really see anything other than the room and the front office. But what little we saw was promising. It's just unfortunate that they close the facilities early. My son wanted to use the gym and I wanted to get a massage but everything closes down at 10pm and we arrived at 9:30pm."

"I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived...

"Nos pusieron 2 toallas de ducha y dos de baño para 4 días y 4 personas,nos faltaban sábanas para las dos camas abatibles,se iba la luz al poner el microondas,la cafetera tenía rota el asa...al coger el café caliente había que hacer malabares y en general le hace falta renovación de mobiliario,los digas con manchas y quemaduras de cigarrillo,por lo demás la estancia bien,camas cómodas y bien ubicado el lugar."

"Where do I start? First, the positives which were very few. Very warm welcome by a lovely lady, nicely decorated rooms, lovely big bed, good shower. On the negative side, very difficult to find and had to park in an unsecured public car park half a mile away with narrow cobbled streets to negotiate. Breakfast served in room and left the night before was virtually inedible - stale bread and cakes, tea but no kettle, fruit way past its sell by date including black bananas. "Staff were always happy to help and very pleasant. We stayed for 4 nights and tried the food in the restaurant and it was delicious!
