Staff at front counter not very friendly to non spanish. Ceiling in bar fell in while we were checking in. Rooms are dated. Shower was very difficult to get in and out of. This is an amazing property. Stay in El prado is an experience in all senses. All staff is amazing very atentive to all guest needs. Food is excelent and the iconic property is stuning. Absolutely recommended.
