"If the water pressure for the shower was fixed the room would be great. The tile floor outside the elevators need rethinking for the amount of people leaving the pool, I slipped out of the elevator and I didn't even use the pool. There should be stairs access so you don't have to wait so long for the elevators"

"I was very surprised on this hotel I Thought it would be one of the best in the area. Until I woke up to a roach in my bed next to me. I was immediately disgusted and got my stuff and left early that morning. I talked to management and still waiting to hear from them. This was very disappointing and basically just nasty. I expected better than this from a hotel like the Sheraton. Hopefully they will correct the mistake but we shall see. I took a picture of the roach and showed it to the manager so they didn’t think k I was making it up. Still waiting to hear from them."
