"we had a very pleasant experience recently: airport pick up was smooth after calling the pickup number, front desk staff Simon was very friendly and helpful, he even recognized us when we were checking out couple of days later, free breakfast was good quality, metro is walking distance away, and the room we got was quiet, will definitely staying again in the future."

"The layout is very confusing if you aren’t staying in the tower. Trying to find our way to the lobby, my son and I took an elevator to the 3rd floor. When the elevator doors opened, we were met with an open construction site. There was debris and a saw out in the hallway. There was no warning signs or tape. Super dangerous. "
