"Not my first time here. I asked the front desk a lot about parking. I eventually got the most money-saving solution. That is awesome! BTW, breakfast is great there. Room is clean. It’s definitely a perfect choice near LAX."

"The Westin is extremely close to LAX and the shuttle service was excellent. Our driver was one of the best drivers I've ever seen- how he navigated traffic and all of the stops for the shuttle passengers was amazing. Patrick at the front desk was exceptional at check-in. Courteous, professional and genuine. He did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable and simple. The hotel itself is gorgeous. Our room had an incredible view with comfortable beds and crisp linens. An absolute 10 out of 10 experience."

"Everything was great, clean. The only thing I wanted to mention was our cooler and AC were not working. Thankfully the weather was cool and fresh, but the room did get stuff here and there. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to adjust the room temp. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay."

"We chose this hotel for its water front access and it did not disappoint. Valet parking came with a $50 fee but made things easy. Check-in was easy and our room was an ocean view with balcony. Not a very big balcony though with only room for 2 chairs. The hot AC condenser also blows on you out there so it might be uncomfortable during the summer. The room was a typical room with a decent size bathroom and shower. I would call this a mid grade hotel at best. The staff was nice and valets quick. Location to the Pier was worth it. 5 min walk or beach."

"Issue was with the restaurant. Breakfast menu was limited and expensive. Left the hotel to eat breakfast every day which was a pain."
