Very high level of cleanliness.pleasant staff.Good variety of fresh food in dinning area. Good ondoor pool, sauna and gym.was given an extremely small unsuitable room. But happy was given a different room the next day.

The reception could not be bettered and continued in a friendly nature throughout my stay. My room was always spotless and the staff very helpful. It was my first stay in a Gruphotel and I was a bit surprised by the lack of welcome pack ( water/glasses/information about the area/bathroom bits etc etc). But now I know what to expect. I appreciated the fridge and the balcony was excellent.

The hotel is in a great location, near to shops, local amenities and restaurants and only a 10 min walk to the extensive beach of Can Picafort. The hotel staff are all friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The 3 amigos who run the outside pool bar are amazing and a credit to the hotel, always friendly, smiling and welcoming

Grupotel Montecarlo is really convenient for the beach and all the restaurants/ bars nearby, whilst remaining quiet and chilled. I was surprised to have a top floor room with a huge balcony that had amazing views towards the ocean and mountains. The hotel caters mainly to German tourists, but I had no issues. The pool is really nice and everything was cleaned daily. My only gripe is that I couldn't find anywhere to refill my water bottle - but water on the island doesn't seem drinkable.

Déçu pour un 4 étoiles

Literie médiocre ,prestations pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles ( pas de peignoirs dans les chambres,pas de kit de toilette, pas de kit de thé ou de café ,et pour l’espace spa, il est un peu vieux ,certaines buses de massages ne fonctionnent pas et le hammam n’est pas au top non plus , l’accès du spa est autorisé aux mineurs ,c’est très bruyant.

Jag är väldigt nöjd med mina dagar på detta hotell. Bra standard, trevlig personal och väldigt god mat. Läget är bra, nära till gågata med affärer och matställen och nära till stranden.

C'est mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout s'est bien passé sauf la nourriture (moins bien qu'en 2023) Je tiens à remercier le personnel de cet hôtel et en particulier les agents de l'accueil pour leur gentillesse et leur amabilité. Très bon hôtel, je le recommande vivement.

Peu s’améliorer

Séjour d’une semaine en couple, je suis enceinte de 7 mois. Hôtel récent, proche de la plage. La saison n’était pas adéquate (mars), il faisait frais, trop froid pour se baigner (piscine extérieure / plage). La piscine extérieure est cependant située au milieu de résidences, cernée par la route, bruyante. Je n’ai pas trouvé le personnel hyper attentionné, sauf le cuistot et le barmaid. L’isolation des chambres n’est pas optimale mais c’est surtout parce que le service de ménage des chambres se fait entre 8h et 11h du matin. Beaucoup d’allemands passent par l’hôtel pour faire des escapades à vélo. Le spa (piscine, solaire il, hammam et sauna) est ok quand il fonctionne. Peu de transat disponibles faute de place mais nous avons toujours trouvé une place malgré cela. Restauration ok malgré qu’on ne nous ai pas expliqué le système des boissons : à commander à part, à régler à part. Pas d’eau du robinet en carafe/ fontaine disponible, il faut payer pour l’eau en demi pension.
