Rooms were good--very simple but all we needed as we were out and about most of the time. Balcony was nice to have to sit outside in the beautiful weather. Pool area was great with all of the seating. Breakfast buffet was really yummy--lots of choices and a real bargain at €12! Location is great as it is nearby shops and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Beatriz was extremely helpful and very friendly.

I had a really great stay at this hotel! The staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing experience. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was easily accessible. One thing to note is that, occasionally, salty water would come through the tap and shower, which was a bit unexpected—but it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience. Everything else was well-maintained and enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again!

Couple’s holiday July

Spent a week here with my boyfriend, and it was a lovely stay. Nice and quiet hotel, mainly couples staying when we were there. The area is beautiful with nice restaurants and bars around. Also super close to the beach. The pool was also very nice. Easy access with bus from Palma, only a 10 minute walk to the hotel.

Another pleasant stay at the BQ Sarah. Lovely friendly staff, shout out to Beata, Rosi and Antoinette. Basic room with fridge, small fee for the safe (plus local visitor tax). A/C and Wi-Fi and balcony as a standard offering. Always a sun lounger and the pool area/garden has had an upgrade which was nice. Beach within 5 minutes walk, to get to more shops it's about a 30 minute walk and there is a promenade you can use which is nice. There's also a local ting ting train, stop 11 is at the bottom of the road the timings are a rough guide only! Single adult journey is €4.50 payable by card only and at busier times prepare to have to wait and potentially not be able to board. Half board, with drinks an extra cost during evening meals. Always such varied choice, with meals on rotation and a huge standard offering. Evening entertainment on Monday's and Wednesdays. Thank you for another lovely stay, I'll be back!

horrible !!! does not deserve it's money there is a motor noise during the night , that does not stop !! you can not sleep if you open the window, but the air conditioner is humid and does not work well so you will spend a white night, with a very old bathroom.. i honestly expected more if you go try not to take a room on the first floor

Hotel in die Jahre gekommen Pool mir bis 18 geöffnet echt schade Zimmer ziemlich veraltet und auch das Bad schlimm Rost überall Putzfrau hat super geputzt aber halt alles alt und verrostet nicht hygienisch!! Essen am buffet viel zu teuer für Preis Leistung würde überhaupt nicht empfehlen dazu machen die schon um 10 Uhr zu hab ich auch noch nie gesehen zuvor. das Frühstück hingegen sah ziemlich gut aus. Der Ort an sich ab 22 Uhr einfach nichts los also eher für ältere Leute oder mit Kindern die früh ins Bett wollen. An Handtüchern wird auch eher gespart man bekommt jeweils nur eins zur Verfügung gestellt und kein Notfall Handtuch. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht wieder besuchen pries Leistung stimmt einfach gar nicht und ist meiner Meinung viel zu teuer!

Fint værelse med stor terrasse/ballon mod havet. Sengene var gode og værelset ok-indrettet. Badeværelset var også ok, men næsten ingen tryk på vandet i bruser. Værelset var ikke super godt rengjort, da vi ankom. Morgenmaden var også ok, men ikke noget at se frem til.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmer waren okay, nur die Toilette könnte mall einen neue Klo Brille benötigen. Daß mit dem Duschen war ne Qual. Wasserdruck echt mies und plötzlich kam überhaupt kein Wasser mehr. Ansonsten war dass Zimmer zwar klein aber die Terrasse und der Ausblick auf das Meer gigantisch. Aber 30 Euro pro Nacht extra für daß Zimmer finde ich persönlich sehr viel. Frühstück war gut, alles da was man für ein Frühstück braucht. Wir haben mittags uns zu essen dort bestellt, was wirklich sehr lecker war und preislich absolut okay. Der Pool war super, nur leider durch die Bäume war ziemlich viel Dreck auf dem Boden der in der Zeit wo wir da waren nicht einmal weg gemacht wurden. Prima war daß eine Bademeisterin da war. Sehr große Raucher Ecke was ich super fand. Würde daß Hotel auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen. Waren im großen und ganzen sehr zufrieden. Leider bißchen weit entfernt vom richtigen Trubel aber wer einen schönen Strand sucht und mehr Ruhe ist dort bestens aufgehoben..

Die Zimmer und das Personal waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen am Buffet war gut und abwechslungsreich. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die täglich nachts und gegen Morgen kommende Müllabführ und die Lieferungen für das gegenüberliegende Hotel - aber mit Ohrenstöpseln konnte ich problemlos schlafen - der Müll den wir produzieren muss ja auch weggeräumt werden...

Es war ganz gut, wir fanden das Hotel ganz gut organisiert, Service und Personal waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer waren auch ganz, außer, dass die Betten getrennt waren. Was wir nicht so gut fanden, war auch, dass wir bisschen Schwierigkeiten hatten ein Parkplatz zu finden, dass der Pool zu früh zu gemacht hat, 18 Uhr ist zu früh, 20 Uhr wäre es in Ordnung gewesen. Ansonsten waren wir im ganzen Zufrieden

Una semana estupenda

El hotel está bien situado, al lado de una pequeña playa, en una zona tranquila con tiendas, bares y sitios para comer. Por el paseo marítimo se llega en 15 minutos escasos al centro de Can Picafort y al comienzo de la maravillosa playa que continúa hasta Playa de Muro. Las habitaciones son funcionales y están reformadas, las camas muy cómodas y la limpieza impecable. Solo añadiría una pequeña nevera para que fuera ideal y el wifi gratis en las habitaciones, creo que actualmente es básico. Las zonas comunes están muy bien, la zona de piscina espectacular con hamacas y camas balinesas, aunque a las 18h se va el socorrista y se prohíbe el baño. El buffet no es muy grande pero está todo muy bien cocinado, realmente muy bueno, y puedes desayunar y cenar en la terraza. Es un hotel solo para adultos, casi todos alemanes, muy tranquilo, limpio y acogedor; realmente descansas. Hemos disfrutado mucho la estancia, el personal ha sido maravilloso: recepción, bar, comedor, limpieza. Todos muy agradables y profesionales, encantados de tener unos españoles en su hotel. Un saludo para todos y gracias por una gran semana.

Hotel is nice and clean however Wi-Fi is hardly warking in the lobby area while Wi-Fi in the room needs to be paid which is not clearly mentioned in the hotel advert.
