This is a charming place for a motel type lodging. Although it’s on a busy road once you walk back onto the property there are lots of trees and birds and the buildings and grounds are very nicely maintained. The room was very quiet. I would recommend two places to eat a very short walk away: Matisse Cafe (lovely place and great French pastries), and The Pantry. Also the Ikonic coffee shop up the road is funky and good brews.
My usual stop every few months, never fails to disappoint. My pups travel with me and it's always so easy. Live music, peaceful surroundings, and

This hotel is way too expensive, and you can definitely find better places for your money. The pictures look great, but they're just photography tricks. The room was super small, I even found a cockroach in the bathroom, and honestly, for the price, I wasn't happy with what I got. They charge you amenities whilst the pool was closed.
From the welcome when I arrived, the upgrade, beautiful room, the delicious food truck and the incredible room service! Everything was top notch! Oh yes, and the hotel is perfectly located.
Staff was so so so helpful. Like incredibly attentive. THe room was very clean. I've stayed there 3 times in the last 4 weeks, because it is so comfortable and beautiful.
Great old Rt 66 motel that's been thoughtfully renovated. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Parking on premises. Convenient to downtown and westside.

Room was ok, spacious. Toilet and shower were so small and could use an upgrade. Dingy looking. Food truck was good and location is perfect.

Do not look anywhere else! What a hidden gem! It’s like a little Southwest Adobe Village Resort! Simply amazing! Pics online do not do it justice or show its uniqueness's! Staff is super friendly! And the Food Truck had delicious Burgers! There’s a pet friendly area and even a greenhouse! I want to go back in the Summer to see the pool in action! Our room was super cozy, clean and comfy beds! Love this place!

The rooms are very old and normal, and the decor in the room is not that good or special, view from patio is also very normal. Service is good. The common area is pretty good tho, and the vibe is nice. It’s actually a motel with Mexican decors, just okay to experience but not good to live there for long. And they will charge extra for amenity stuff for about 50 bucks each room.
El Rey Court is a relaxing, unique stay. From the pool with a bar and hot tub to the food truck and chic bar, the amenities were just lovely. I loved the midcentury-style rooms.
We spent 2 days in Santa Fe and El Ray Court was a big part of how much we enjoyed it. The room was large and clean, but the highlight was the food truck and bar. It was great to unwind with good food and a drink made with local spirits. Would've loved to have spent a few more days there.
The dog had a great time. Plenty of places to run around on grass for potty breaks, etc. And so nice that he could hang out in the lobby, bar, all the public outdoor spaces, etc.
We really loved the vibe here, the main lobby, hangout, bar, and patio were great. All the public spaces were really aesthetically pleasing . If we come back I would upgrade our room. We did the standard and it was very small, tv didn’t work and the bathroom was out dated. But if you looking for something artsy it’s the place to go.
