"The room was clean and helpful staff. The convenience of how close it is to the plaza area was awesome and the parking was way more convenient than most other motel / hotels. Yes, it cost extra i.e. not thru Expedia's services but easy in and out! Plan on staying there again when I visit Santa Fe!!!"

"Overall, the experience was very good. Staff was exceptional, Gabriel and Stephen went over and above to make our stay pleasant. Location was very centrally located with regards to the entertainment district. This historic property is undergoing some renovations, and we had the opportunity to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms one night. It is a great improvement over the older rooms. We cant say enough about the service at this hotel. It is nice to see that they care so much about the customer experience."

"We really enjoyed everything at the hotel The step in the front desk were very helpful and we really appreciate that the staff that cleans the bedrooms are so awesome and polite. The only thing we did not appreciate was the waitress at the restaurant in the morning. He was very disrespectful but besides that everything else was awesome thank you so much for all you do."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and exceptionally well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making us feel right at home. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Their outstanding service made our visit even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring Santa Fe, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops just a short walk or drive away. Every detail exceeded our expectations, from the peaceful atmosphere to the excellent amenities. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely stay here again on our next visit.
