"We found TWO roaches in our room!! Stayed for about 5 nights, staff is helpful only when asked but they will not check in unless you reach out. Our shower stick was broken in HALF! The metal was rusty and old it just broke when pulling it up! Breakfast is not included, despite the $68 resort fee! ..."
