Amazing! A place to relax, take in the views. Stairs everywhere m, you have to be really careful, not for elderly or handicapped. But must stay at least one night.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the views are amazing but the actual stay was underwhelming, the food at the hotel wasn’t good and it was overpriced, there is only one small area where you can actually swim, restaurant and bar closes at 8 pm and there isn’t a way to travel to land when is that late, the staff was really helpful and kind and the views were genuinely amazing but its so costly, you have to book your stay months in advance and there really isn’t much to do in the hotel itself. You can travel to nearby towns but you have to be back by 5 pm cuz if not you are stuck in the town, they Don’t take card payments in person when you are there its all cash. There is no A/C in the rooms and it was pretty hot when I stayed there.

The views were great but so are other properties that share that lake , I have to say the food there lacked rich seasoning and flavor , the dinner wasn’t great , before writing this review I waited to give breakfast a try and again was disappointed. So as far as the food they really need to improve. The hotel overall was clean good staff . But I believe this hotel is overhyped for what you end up experiencing.

Hands down one of the most beautiful hotels I have every stayed at. The grounds are exceptionally well kept, the staff are super helpful and friendly, and the views are one of a kind. The steps to climb are steep but there are many staff available to help you carry your luggage. The room was small but it didn't matter because we much preferred to spend our time exploring the property. The dinner was delicious and we also loved swimming in the lake. I cannot preface enough that this hotel is a MUST stay when visiting Lake Atitlan, even if just for one night.

Beautiful property in a great location. Food had no flavor at all, and was very bland. Bring enoigh cash as they dont take card. If youre canadian, you have even less payment options. I tried exchanging usd to Guatemala currency, but they dont accept anything less than $20 bills.

The most beautiful place! The landscaping is absolutely stunning and there are so many little private nooks to relax. The food is a bit bland and overpriced, we walked to Jaibalito for better ans cheaper food.
