"We got stuck when the faa Closed airspace due to Venezuela attacks. We were scrambling for a family of 4 for a place to say. This place was spacious, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay again and appreciated all the help getting us in before check-in so we had a place for all our luggage etc. your cleaning crew does an amazing job the place looked brand new. One of the waiters found my earring that I dropped at the restaurant and gave it to Jonathan, who went above and beyond to find us and give it back! Another great employee was Nathaniel who helped us with our resort vouchers/excursions/contacting private taxi services without us even asking! Resort was very clean and food was really good!"
