Numerous restaurants in walking distance. Shops in short driving distance. Convenient location to access the highway and a good midway point between Santa Cruz and Monterey. The staff is always friendly and have good restaurant suggestions.

Staff was amazing. My room was simple and clean. My only problem was there wasn’t any hot water for the shower- only tepid water. The TV didn’t work well. Lots of static. The noise level was pretty high outside until late but that isn’t unexpected in less expensive lodging.

The walls in the restroom need a deep cleaning, especially the narrow wall facing inward. The light over the sink was not working. The gracious clerk immediately changed our room. The walls are very thin could hear people using stairs and all car alarms. Only a small bar of soap and towels available, no frills, morning coffee in the office. The Watsonville location is near many restaurants and Highway #1.

My sis and I B-day trip

This was a birthday trip for my sister and I. We explored Santa Cruz and the Mystery Spot. We enjoyed our stay. The office staff was vey kind and helpful. 🙂

Staff was very nice! Room was clean but the bed was so squeaky, even if you made the most minimal movement. There was also a pretty sizeable gap between the door and the frame, it looked like the door may have had some water damage because of the bend in the door. Someone outside the room was smoking pot and it was able to enter the room by both the gap in the door and the air conditioning unit. Overall even though the front desk lady was very nice, won’t be staying here again.
