"The location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk to all the major sites like the cathedral and Lonja de Seda. The room was immaculately clean and quite spacious, especially for a boutique hotel. The bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and I loved the rainfall shower with constantly hot water. My only complaint was that we had a street facing room, so it was quite noisy throughout the night. I had to wear earplugs to sleep. Small price to pay for all the other great things!"

"Need to sort out their room keys most days we had to go to reception as key would not let us in. Last day we stayed one of our rooms had no hot water for shower and no one came to fix it after it being reported so the couple had to come to our room for a shower"

"Not terrible, but not terribly good. Smell of cigarette smoke in the room and corridors, lots of slamming doors in the middle of the night and the sound of endless building noise / drilling made this a less than ideal stay. Breakfast is basic, room amenities are sub par, room cleanliness was OK, but not terribly clean. Wouldn’t stay again as not worth it for the price "
