Practically Perfect!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend staying here without a doubt. The service is second to none, everyone was beyond helpful and accommodating. The only thing that I would suggest is eating elsewhere. We went to the affiliate restaurant, Tydes, and the food was so salty it was almost inedible. Our whole party made the same comment. Other than that, I will definitely plan on returning. I can't tell you how beautiful the peoperty is, the pictures can't begin to do it justice. Stay here!!

Excellent location with most amazing service

Excellent hotel with the most amazing service - the best I’ve ever had!! So so impressed. The hotel is A perfect location, overlooking the water. Restaurant is great, rooms are nice and larger than normal (although if you get two beds they’re only doubles not queens) and the spa was great! Can’t express how pleased I was with our stay!!

Everything about the property was great. Except for the housekeeping service. We stayed for two nights and the person did not bother to stock up on toiletries, so we ended up using our own products. They also missed on the turn-down service for a night.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days to celebrate our wedding anniversary . We also had reserved a room for our adult daughter , her girlfriend and their 2 dogs . Although the resort is expensive - it is well worth it . The grounds are spectacular . Well maintained and very lush . The rooms were immaculate and they had doggie beds for the puppies with play toys , bowls and treats . They surprised us with complimentary Prosecco and lovely chocolates when we arrived . The food at the restaurants was excellent and the Sunday brunch is incredible . Well worth the price . The staff and concierge could not have been more helpful . They were attendant to every need . I would highly recommend and definitely go back .

The time of our lives!

It was a birthday celebration for my partner. It couldn’t have been more perfect. First the staff is far beyond any other hotel I have been at. So happy and helpful like it’s the best job they have ever had. It’s makes your stay so much more pleasant and enjoyable. The food was out of this world delicious. The staff was gracious & welcoming. We took advantage of their “experience our best” program and upgraded at a significant discount. It seemed no detail was overlooked- we were very happy with our stay.

Setting was beautiful and a lot of lush foliage, gardens. Food was excellent, though pricey. Detailing in rooms was superb.

ההזמנה הייתה לשני חדרים שהיו במרחק רב אתר מהשני. המחירים מוגזמים בצירה מחרידה. כוס חלב לתינוק ב 17$. זה לא הנכסף זאת החוצפה!

Traumhafte Hotelanlage mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Restaurant-Terrasse mit schönem Blick. Sehr kinderfreundlich, tolle Poollandschaft, exzellenter Service Einziger Manko: am Sonntag Brunchbuffet für 85 Dollar pro Person etwas happig, zumal das Buffet nicht außergewöhnlich toll war. Sind auswärts frühstücken gegangen.

What a wonderful experience on our first trip to SB. The hotels location is perfect for a quiet getaway yet close enough to many activities. Can’t wait to come back. Our stay wasn’t long enough!

Disliked: Staff & service

one child who was suppose to check in became ill so we did not make the reservation. I’m supremely disappointed in Expedia and Four Seasons for being so unaccomodating, and I purposely did not rebook the trip because the last thing I’m going to do is arbitrarily pick another weekend to go when there is a sick child to care for and vacationing is the last thing on my mind. Shame on Four Seasons and Expedia.
