"TV didn't work until I figured it out after two days. The AC was too cold when we arrived; I turned it off. Couldn't get it to run the next day, nor could the staff. I figured it out on day 2. They offered to move us to another unit. I would still stay here again because the price is low and the location is good."

"It was a good stay at Mason Inn. Convenient location, pleasant staff. The coffee, cookies and fruit were a nice touch, as well as the welcome drink. I'm just not sure why you have to charge for parking? It's a small inn. Anyways, something to think about on my next visit. Overall, we were pleasantly pleased."

"I came out on a solo trip and had a wonderful stay. The staff were super friendly. They provided complimentary breakfast and complimentary happy hour with wine and cheese crackers for the guests. The location is within walking distance to everything from the wharf stearn to state street, i literally walked everywhere. Nice cozy room and the bed was comfortable."
