"We loved staying here for our family vacation. We traveled all throughout Naples, Rome and Amalfi areas. We especially loved how close it was to the train, the local taxi driver Giulio, and that there was free breakfast and air conditioning. This place is nice neat and simple and gives you all that you need. Saves money staying here vs staying closer to Amalfi. We loved being in between Rome and the coast. We were super close to Pompeii also. Great location"

"The area was in the industrial zone. Not a great area but close to the metro trains. You should see the out area before you book. The gym is closed, the patio deck also closed, a lot of Reno. Kind people but I would not stay there again. Bring your own water."

"We zijn 10 jaar geleden voor het eerst hier geweest en waren vooral enthousiast over de fijne sfeer en het personeel, ook al was het hotel vrij gehorig. Inmiddels is het hotel van eigenaar gewisseld en heeft het een extra ster en een lift gekregen. Het heeft nog steeds dezelfde charme, een leuk zwembad en mooie tuin met bar en leuk nieuw personeel. De kamers zijn goed, de bedden ook en er is een zeer uitgebreid en goed ontbijt, maar onze kamer had ook wat gebreken, het restaurant is inmiddels...

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and close to the train station (approximately a 6 minute walk). The garden area out front of the hotel was a nice bonus! We were told the area wasn't the best, but we didn't have any issues as female travelers, even in the evenings. We would stay here again."

"We had a fantastic time here. The room was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the included breakfast was too. The views are breathtaking and the pool is great too. A bit cool but it was only 24C when we stayed so I think when it’s hotter it would be perfect."

"Clean room, helpful staff but very limited range of food in breakfast and dinner plus the main meals were tasteless. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and we had to spend 40 euros everyday on taxi to go to and from train station - not a good location plus the experience was of a very basic hotel even though we paid the price for a luxury hotel."

"We checked into the Majestic palace and were met with the most warm welcome. From that point on ( please forgive me if I’m wrong ) Alesandro Taught me Italian phases, Told me the best local restaurants to go to ( Alfred Trattoria a road away. ). "We had a quadruple room. The room was very spacious and comfortable for a family. This location is fantastic, only a few minutes to the train station and metro or an easy walk to spanish quarter. Rooftop has an amazing view and great place to relax. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again."

Pros: good location (It was only a 15 minute walk to the marina and meeting spots for tours), spacious rooms, beautiful view from the pool, decent breakfast, friendly staff. Cons: Housekeeping didn't make it to our room the first day and very little in terms of conveniences.
