I also got upgraded and my room was outstanding, spacious, comfortable and clean. I would not hesitate in recommending this fantastic hotel and I will definitely be staying here again! "The room we booked (The Montros) was a spacious room, with a comfy queen bed and plenty of storage for our things. The Godsend was the air conditioning, as the temps were over 95 degrees every day. Directions to parking, the unit, and key access were perfect and communication excellent. You should be advised that you are sharing a bathroom and kitchen, but the bathrooms were clean, the towels were large and absorbent, and the body soap smelled divine! If you get the chance, eat at the BO2...

"Jennifer at the front desk is very helpful. She took care of all our necessities and taxis every time we needed a ride. Also, the chef at the buffet were very caring and always made sure our food were good. "
