"Definitely No need to stay on the property. Your stay does NOT get you much. You still have to pay for the tennis courts. You get one hour free per day, even though the majority of the courts are empty. We signed up for the clinics, which are called lessons on Expedia. They are not lessons and they are clinics with all levels in one group. The staff doesn't know much though they claim to. Once you actually have a question, there are no answers. The check in tells you what is on property but...

"We loved the hotel, quiet, clean and nice. However our room did have a strong smell which I would wake up to which I think came from the bathroom but I think this was probably an issue with all the rooms around that area."

"Room was alright. Could be better and cleaner for a 4 star hotel and for the price. Toothbrush/paste/ shower cap not in the room, you need to specifically ask for it. Staff very friendly. Buffet breakfast okay, lots of variety. All together 3/5 for a 4 star hotel we expected more."

Die App war sehr hilfreich, um den Tag zu Planen und Services in Anspruch zu nehmen (z.B. neue Handtücher aufs Zimmer). Wir hatten leider etwas Pech mit unserem Familienzimmer, das leider schon etwas mitgenommen wirkte. Es war nicht besonders schön, aber hat seinen Zweck erfüllt. Letztlich haben wir dort auch am wenigsten Zeit verbracht...
