Ottima struttura. In pieno centro, in una via parallela all' Ariston. Ho prenotato 2 stanze (per me e amici). Entrambe pulite e insonorizzate al punto giusto da non sentire i rumori esterni (poi naturalmente è anche soggettivo). Cambio e resetto giornaliero. Apertura porta con codice, molto comoda per non avere chiavi al seguito. L'unica cosa che mi sento di puntualizzare è la mancanza nelle camere di ganci a muro per appendere cappotti, giacche, giubbini ecc. Stessa cosa nei bagni. Mancano i ganci per appendere gli asciugamani da corpo. Io mi sono arrangiata con dei ganci a forma di S che ho portato da casa e che ho appeso esternamente al box doccia. Per quanto riguarda i giubbotti li abbiamo appesi dentro l'armadio, anche se purtroppo erano presenti poche grucce. In definitiva, l'unico consiglio che rivolgo al gestore è di aggiungere qualche gancio alle pareti che a mio parere è fondamentale. Per il resto è tutto positivo. Qualità prezzo ok.

Plein Centre, tout est à proximité. Ne regrette pas cette réservation j'étais plutôt septique, mais cela m'a bien surpris. Je recommande pour une réservation de quelques jours.

Chambre confortable

Hôtel en plein centre avec à proximité un parking.pas de petit déjeuner possible mais dans la rue juste en bas il y a un café.la chambre est tres spacieuse notre lit bébé rentrait largement.la SDB manque de déco.sinon la mer est toute proche ainsi que les restos.

You had to get the key a few blocks away, since we booked this last minute they hadn’t sent it the mail about that befor we arrived at the hotel. There also was a led strip that we couldn’t turn off so there was light all night.

Die Unterkunft erinnert eher an ein Hostel, ( Hostal) Buchung einfach, Abwicklung etwas kompliziert Anmeldung beim Touristen Büro per Internet, Schlüssel Übergabe per Telefon , aber funktioniert, ruhige Lage in Fussgänger Zone, nachts ruhig , absolut null Komfort, aber für 1_2 Nächte okay. Gastronomie in der Nähe super, Parkplatz in der Nähe 3€ für die Nacht. Insgesamt okay wenn keine Ansprüche gestellt werden, alles sauber...

Convient transit stop

We stayed here for one night while travelling from Tuscany, Italy to Provence, France and it was fine for this purpose. It was one of the cheapest we could find, centrally located so plenty of food choices close by and not too far from the train station. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Having to pick up the keys from another hotel was a little inconvenient especially when there was no one there at the time we arrived, however they are relatively close by to one another so wasn’t too bad.

Stanza piccolissima, con una finestra che da su un terrazzo sporco... fare la doccia è una attività da maghi... tre minuti completamente bollenti e cinque minuti estremante freddi... le porte delle camere non hanno neppure una mandata e sono talmente fini che con una spallata si buttano giù... gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni giorno... peccato che le pulizie in terra saranno sei mesi che non vengono fatte... le foto sul sito sono un miraggio rispetto a quello in cui ci siamo imbattuti... a mai più.

Our window was facing the little yard, thus we had a 'pleasure' to enjoy a terrible music in the local bar probably until 2 a.m. Except that, the stay and the place was worth the money paid.

Nel complesso stanza discreta . Pulita e silenziosa. Ho sentito la mancanza di un bicchiere (dovevo sciogliere delle medicine e ho dovuto arrangiarmi con la bottiglietta di plastica). Sono sorpresa di non aver trovato un bicchiere! E anche una cuffia per la doccia, mi aspettavo di trovare. Infine non abbiamo trovato la ricevuta fiscale sotto la porta, come ci avevano assicurato...

Nel pieno centro di Sanremo

Centralissimo, camera grande con mega tv e bagno altrettanto spazioso. Manca giusto qualche mensola o uno sgabello in bagno. Prezzi assolutamente competitivi, se prenotato in media o bassa stagione.

Se trata de un alquiler de habitación. No hay una recepción y para localizar al receptor fue muy muy dificil y cuando lo hicimos apareció a las 2 hs. Como llovía tuvimos que esperar bajo la lluvia.

Guest House not a hotel

This is a guest house not a hotel where the owner would meet you with your keys. It's clean and central and a nice price for a cheap weekend. The station is a 10min walk away.

Rien de fantastique, nous avons ete surpris de nous apercevoir que ce n'était pas un hotel et avons chercher à deux reprises, désolés, mais pourquoi vous prenez des chambres sans reception, sans petit déjeuner, aux quatrièmes étages sans ascenseur, si j'avais vu avant, je n'aurais pas pris cette chambre.Dans la salle d'eau, il manque des étagères pour poser le necessaire de toilette, obligés de poser part terre, et surtout dans la chambre sachant que pas de petit dejeuner, au moins une thière electrique et des dosettes pour se faire un cafe, ou des adresses de se restaurer. Et surtout les marches, mon père est handicapé , les allés et retour n'ont pas été facile. Très deçu par cette prestation, au prix de 78€, surtout que nous sommes allés nous renseigner dans des hotels, et genre , nous avons trouves sur place des hotels à 83e la chambre + petit déjeuner. Doncnous ne conseillerons pas vos chambres du tout.
