Wonderful, but not quite up to the 5-Star mark.

A most beautiful hotel, excellent location, a wonderful building with ditto garden and pool area. Nice and quiet. A full Five Star hotel and a destination in itself. Unfortunately, the restaurant and its bar, impressively designed, have Five Star prices and three stars service and offerings, a pity.

The service received in this hotel was beyond excellent. From welcome drinks to tours of the facilities, the staff are attentive and helpful. Location was great with a short walk along a historical promenade to the Casino and town. It’s about 20 minutes to the train station on foot. The rooms include everything you could need or want and even the rooms without views offer a sea view. The dining is five star, with delicious complimentary canapes with cocktails. If you’re seeking a stunning hotel with sea views, a good size pool, relaxed vibe and delicious food and drinks, Miramare is for you.

Hotels staff in the valet parking and at the hotel reception were very friendly and nice. What happened to the restaurant and at the bar was another story. I can’t remember receiving such rude and unfriendly service anywhere since the trips to France and Russia. It was our second time in this hotel and definitely the last one. We don't give more chances.

This was a fabulous property. High end service. The staff was very attentive and personal. The one negative thing that I have to say is about the restaurant on site. The menu was fairly priced, so when the sommelier suggested we order the special I assumed that the pricing would be similar to the menu but of course being special would be more. Well to my surprise, when the bill was handed to me the fish dish for 2 was 154 Euros and the dish my son got was 90 euros whilst a similar dish on the menuy was 25 Euros. It was my fault for not asking about the price but never thought 2 dishes would cost 250 Euros. I definitely felt taken advantage of.

This hotel is simply amazing, it’s a 10/10. Absolute paradise, the place is in outstanding condition. Very clean, inside and outside, the view is insane. The service was impeccable. We absolutely loved our stay. One little complaint, the food and drinks at the hotel are very overpriced. But so othet places near to go eat and drink. Aside from that it is just a fantastic place. Well worth the price of the room.

ı payed for the 5 star miramar they mafe me stay in the neighbour property sanremo suites 3 star it was a complete scam , the room had no lift had to carry my 4 luggages to my room there was a big rat infromt of the room when ı told them that they scammed me snd gave me a different hotel they said ı should have payed more the stairs and the 3 star hotel photos attached

Rude receptionist

I got upgrade which was very nice, when I tried to extend one more night the receptionist was very rude for no reason. Instead of giving me options that are available at hotels.com sh tried to increase the price by nearly 50 %. I went to Hotels.com on my phone and booked same room at same price in less than 5 min.
