"I went to use their laundry service. Put laundry in on a Thursday morning. Went to grab it on Friday and they told me that they don’t have workers on weekends so it won’t be done until Monday. "The hotel lobby was very nice. The bedroom setup was not very efficient. To get out of bed against the wall, you had to climb over your partner. No space to get out on your side. Poorly designed! Would not stay there again. Also everything was operated by an IPad which was not easy to navigate"
