"If I could give negative stars I would. This was the worst stay of my life and we are now in a lawsuit. Not only did the property lock me out of the room (bad battery on electric keypad) they lied and kept me out 3 different times at two different rooms. It's a self check-in place, and I didn't receive info even tho I left them like 3 different messages in different times in the hotels-app. I had to contact hotels service and got help from there. Without it, I don't think they would have sent me the info of getting in."
