"Excelente todo!!!"

"Solid hotel at a reasonable price. Nothing extraordinary, but friendly staff and fair amenities. You're here for Universal access, so the hotel isn't a destination. Food service is not stellar. Pool is massive and inviting if you need a break from the parks."

"The whole experience was great, from the spacious clean room to the absolutely beautiful pools and hot tubs. No shortage of things to do and the bartender at Drafts was awesome."

"Rooms clean and spacious. Pillows are too soft which caused some discomfort. property well kept and was clean"

"Everyone was very super helpful, nice, and professional. The warm cookies were delicious! Our familia enjoyed every minute."

"Excellent service,. Clean room. Beautiful hotel."

"Had unwanted roaches in the room. Door was not secured properly, warm water only never reached hot, no cable was Roku tv only had to have staff set wifi, needed wifi password for phone and was refused access. During check in we were ran down with massive rules and ways of them keeping your $100 deposit. None which were mentioned on Expedia. Towels exchange once a week only. We could not even enjoy the stay due to walking on eggshells to accommodate the sergeant hotel staff."

"Was extremely nice, the room was clean, but did have a funky smell probably because it wasn’t being used. The breakfast was delicious and we look forward to booking there again in the future."

"Parking was easy, the room was spacious, and breakfast was tasty and convenient. Minus one star for putting a stained comforter on the bed though…"

"Okay room"

"Outside building looks great. Security was good. Room was as follows mattress and pillows wore out, blinds broke, shower doesn't work properly, mirror in bathroom needs replaced, floors chip up, no hair drawer, shampoo, or conditioner, available in room. Have to go to desk to get anything. Such an inconvenience. No wake up calls available. Bathroom floor needs a good scrubbing Thank You"

"Hotel is in a nice area near the airport and has several EV chargers. It was perfect for our stay."
