The hotel has a nice clean smell to it as well as the hallways and room, everything seemed to be very clean nice staff cool rooms and nice free breakfast set up. We also had a shuttle to the airport early in the morning. The driver was so sweet hotel is very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Excellent location if you want to be close to the Orlando Sanford Airport. My room didn't have a hair dryer but I called the front desk and Kevin was great and brought a brand new one to my room in less than 5 minutes of my call. I was on the 5 a.m. shuttle, which leaves before breakfast is available, so I cannot comment on that. Heather was our shuttle driver, was very friendly and helpful and got us to the airport in 10 minutes. I was very pleased with everything and would stay there again.

This is an excellent place to stay for 1 or 2 nights when needing to catch an early flight. Super convenient to the Sanford airport and several restaurants, shopping and even Walmart within a 2-3 minute drive. The rooms are spacious and clean amd the price is reasonable. It's not a place I would vacation at, the pool is quite literally within a fence in the middle of the parking lot up front and steps from the main road-- not what I would consider in any way private or relaxing and you'd constantly be breathing in car fumes from the street--- but for a comfortable room to stay before traveling, it's excellent. The beds are pretty comfortable and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Stayed here overnight to fly out on Allegiant. Hotel staff was friendly, you can pay to long term park your car here and use the shuttle. Our flight was canceled and the hotel staff that picked us back up and refunded our parking were just as friendly and helpful.

During a rainstorm water was coming into the room near the AC/Heat unit. Carpet soaked 2-3 feet in front of unit. Coffee maker was broken and water ran all over desk while brewing. Room had “musty” smell and A/C just could not keep the humidity down. Actual room temp would not go below 82°. Staff was great, parking good, quiet room, bathroom vey nice.
