"This place was not what I expected from advertised website. The bed had a new bed plastic covering and a sheet over it. I was slipping of the bed. The facilitator brought in a futon bed that was hard in the middle, not possible to sleep. The facilitator asked if I wanted a sheet as if they shouldn't offer it. No shampoo just a bar soap. Tv was new but not setup to use. The shower was dark no lighting and the shower floor had sharp plaster that I had to push down the drain. Oh and the ac was so...

"What a great space. 2 big bedrooms, and a great front porch apace with a hammock to watch the sunrise. Quite street just blocks from the center of downtown Sanford. I've used their properties 8-10 tines and ive never been disappointed. "

"Great property thats within 1 block of local businesses. We loved taking the walk into town every night. Great communication with the host. If you are looking for a whole house feel in the size of an apartment this is it. Much better Alternative than a hotel room by far. "
