"This was my second time staying here, and I had the same negative experience at the front desk with the same employee. The gentleman who works the front desk and was present during my stay (an older, black gentleman) talked to me about politics - it happened now on two separate occasions! I don't care what he thinks about politics, especially after I have traveled all day. And he is rather slow-moving. It is annoying enough that I am considering another location. Also, the hallways and rooms could smell better. I was also unable to access any food since I arrived late in the evening. Was there any vending at least? I didn't see anything except for ice."
"This hotel was exactly as expected. SUPER clean. Nice and efficient staff. Super convenient to airport. Shuttles Ran exactly on time! It honestly was perfect. Nothing more and importantly nothing less than I expected and great value. "
"Breakfast was same every day, nothing like fresh eggs or sausages, only yogurt danon waffels, apple and jouse, they have cold hamburgers that i evey didn't taste.
Hotel was not so clear
But room is pretty good, big size, many space, with good condition bathroom.
Staff is welcoming too
Parking was free
And a price is nice
I stay about 10 day, for me it was OK becouse of room."
"The staff were very friendly and helpful! The rooms were spacious and nice, though the bathroom felt outdated, with no ventilation, and could use an upgrade. The pool was not open so I cannot attest to that. The fitness center looked really nice. I recommend having a designated smoking area away from the patio and main seating area outside. Some ongoing upkeep and cleaning of the eating area and tables would be helpful. Breakfast was good, loved the waffles! Overall I would stay here again."
"They’re doing repairs and can’t serve a proper breakfast. My toilet tank didn’t refill. I reported it and was compensated w 2 free bottles of water and an offer of snack.
I only went there because I clicked on the wrong name. The staff did the best they could. "

"Room was dirty with several long black hairs tucked into our “clean” towels and a very large toenail left on the floor.
Parking spaces were tight. Breakfast was good. Staff was meh. "
"When I came to check in there was nobody at the front desk. I stood there for a good 20 minutes listening to the phone ring. About 20 minutes later a man walked up from behind me to check me in. Then he made a comment that he saw me walk in but he walked right by me, because he wanted to take his break. The only thing he actually said to me was I need your ID and a credit card
I got upstairs to my room and realized that the light wasn’t plugged in nor was the alarm clock. When I plugged the alarm clock in, I realized that I couldn’t actually set the time because the back of it was screwed in and I didn’t have a screwdriver
Internet was in and out. It would always redirect me to a captivate screen, but wouldn’t always sign in. I was late to multiple online meetings because of this. I usually stay here when I come in for work, but I’m probably gonna look for somewhere else."
