"Very chic and charming hotel. I would definitely stay here again, especially since it is part of the IHG family. My only complaints relate to communication and loyalty program recognition. When I made my reservation, there was no option to add my IHG member number. I contacted the hotel and provided my membership information when requested, but my stay has still not been credited to my account. Additionally, due to a significant flight delay, we arrived much later than expected and sent a message to the hotel to notify them. Unfortunately, we never received a response, and upon arrival, staff initially believed we were a no-show. Overall, the property itself was wonderful, but improving communication with guests before arrival would make the experience even better"

"We were very happy with this hotel. Very efficient with communication leading up to and during our stay. Easy shuttle service to the hotel and back to the airport. Picked up our keys at a kiosk upon arrival with no waiting. Room was clean, efficient, comfortable and quiet. Only downside was not enough options for tv - would have liked using our subscription services on it. Went to the bar for dinner, which was good for what we wanted that night. Breakfast the next morning had a lot of options. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"My check in was challenging because I paid for early check in but the system did not register it so I had to pay for them to keep luggage. I ended up asking if it was still possible to check in early and then we realized I could check in. It made my first day in Dublin challenging but I did appreciate their hospitality for breakfast & coffee. Also the rooms were very clean so that was great as well! It’s very busy so just prepared for that."

"Centrally located for us tourists. The front desk was usually staffed with one person. Took an unusually long time to get checked in. The day prior to our flight we requested a cab for the next morning. Fortunately for us, we followed up later in the day to confirm the cab. They had no record of our request. However a different person at the front desk did follow through with our request. Our cab was on time the next morning. Our room was clean and comfortable."
