"The staff at Sandpoint Hotel was simply amazing. So accommodating! They bent over backwards to help us with all our travel needs. We’ll definitely stay again if and when we return"

"The staff were great . My wife was in a wheelchair & they opened the room for us . Our room was very wheelchair accessible. The staff is very friendly & helpful . Our only complaint is the bad smell around the drained swimming pool."

"We had an amazing time from start to finish. The views were breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for the evening, and the entire staff was absolutely incredible—attentive, welcoming, and thoroughly professional. We have had some truly great meals in the past, but the culinary execution here completely sets a new standard. Every dish was exceptional. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so unforgettable; we cannot wait to return."

"This was my 5th time staying here. Love this place!"

"Nice stay, when I was using the jet tub and pool area, it was not very busy, and family friendly."

"Very clean, good food, close to everything, good location."

"The room i stayed in was pretty good especially for the price. The rooms have been remodeled and are what the photos show. Pro: everything is pretty much new. "close parking , nice bed"

"Heater would blow cold air. You get one sheet and a thin blanket. Froze all night. The fridge doesnt work just made noise all night. Showers need a curtain, you have to step out in cold puddles of water to get shampoo and the tile is uneven. You get one towel. Not enough parking spaces. I will be staying in spirit lake again but never staying here again"

"Clean room. Our room was at the far end and the outdoor stairs were broken and roped off so this was very inconvenient with a bad knee."

"Loved the pool and multiple hot tubs. Game room was fun. Coffee place was fantastic! Try the pretzels at the pizza spot down the road!! Relaxing, beautiful location right on the lake. HUGE rentals!! Well maintained and pretty clean"

"They were like family!"
