We absolutely loved our stay at Humbird! The room was beautiful, clean, cozy and had an amazing view. We had to check in at the Selkirk Lodge and were greeting with friendly and informative service. We were even offered to use the pool and hot tub there instead of at Humbird. The parking in the garage wasconvenient and a great amenity. The dining options were delicious and we received amazing service, the drinks were delicious as well. We didn’t want to leave, and I would absolutely book another stay!

LOVE HUMBIRD HOTEL SO MUCH... WE STAY EVERY YEAR!

We absolutely love Humbird at Schweitzer Mountain resort! It is clean, modern, beautiful, has a great on-site restaurant and most rooms have a view of Lake Pend Oreille! We have stayed multiple times and gotten a room with gorgeous views each time!

We loved our stay. Beautiful, comfortable, clean rooms. Excellent customer service with extremely hospitable staff that are willing to help with anything. The roof top hot tub is beautiful. We will definitely be back.

First class stay in Sandpoint

This hotel falls in the middle exceptional category. It is first class, all the way. Room is amazing, bed is high quality, and so quiet. Can’t find sleep/rest this nice anywhere I’ve stayed. Staff is extremely polite and professional. Absolutely coming back to the Hummbird.

Truly a gem of Idaho The Humbird is an amazing place to stay. During Summer months the mountain top scenery will take your breath away The hotel? outstanding service 15 out of 10. Sweet little shops at resort and restaurant /pub on site great ammenities beautifully appointed rooms sparkly clean awesome beds sumptuous rich bathrobes closeted toilet, stone sink, magnifying mirror cool quiet glass front mini fridge lovely led lighting, peg board to hang towels gear etc fanless bathroom with modern excellent air circulation Quiet plus a window that opens quiet easy adjust thermostat heating cooling HEPA fan in room cool furniture night lights at the bed.... The property was quiet. Our only criticism is that all most all of the surrounding businesses were closed. The coffee shop, convenience store and ski lift all closed by 5. We had to drive over 15miles down to Sandpoint to get a meal and 15 miles back. Which was big waste of time. Many of the summer activities in their marketing were closed. Everything appears to geared toward winner activities.

We had a great stay at Humbird. Because the ski season hadn’t started yet it was just pretty quiet around the village. We had dinner at the near by pub and had coffee in the morning at the cafe. All the shops and restaurants are right next to each other. The front desk was so kind and very helpful when we checked in. If you are checking in past 5 you need to go to the front desk across the parking lot because the front desk in humbird closes. Luckily we got there right at 4:55 so we just made it or I would t have known. We used the hot tub which was very special as it is on the roof and looks over a beautiful view of mountains and lakes. It was the perfect get away to escape for the weekend.
