"This is a no frills hotel. No TV. Nothing fancy. But it is clean and has a beautiful view! Especially if you get the second floor, the view from the back porch is gorgeous. Its probably still really pretty from the first floor too. There were multiple steps to go down from the parking lot to get to the building, then more steps to get to the second floor. I'm not sure if they had a wheel chair accessible entrance. I did not see one myself. Maybe one of the other buildings had one. The window view trail is literally right outside the room so that was really cool to go on at sunset. Check in is at the store. That was hard to figure out. I wish they would have said that in the listing. They did have a little coffee pot with coffee pods to use. It is not a K-cup compatible coffee maker. It also has a small mini fridge and freezer and microwave."
"It was a wonderful stay. Very cute set up. Nice and clean. Great communication. We wish we could have stayed longer, looking up at the stars was amazing ."
"Older type property; bed suitable for regular sized people, not for 6’4” man. Overall clean. Bathroom was perfectly functional. A/C worked well. Front desk lady was very pleasant and helpful; directed me to good eating places."
"This has been the best experience of my trip, I never expect it to be like this beautiful, it’s way beyond my expectations, I’d give this place 10/10"
"The place was very clean, and as listed had pretty complete kitchen which we enjoyed. Bedrooms are a bit tight but we managed. Experienced record heat but ac worked great! Good location for visit to Big Bend. We should’ve stayed 2 nights. "
