"Stayed here two nights in the "off" season (summer). Facilities were very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in the newer building where the lobby is located. Good A/C, wi-fi, and Dish TV. Motel is located next to a convenience store/gas station which is handy. Good location - easy access to BBNP and local restaurants. The rooms are not serviced every day (trash not emptied, towels not changed) but you have to understand where you are located. The only problem was the first night when there was a serious thunderstorm which knocked out electricity for the entire county - it was back on the next day. Not the staff's fault. They offered to give us a discount for the lack of electricity. We would definitely stay here again."

"Communication and customer service was great. We were instructed.clearly on how to get there, we were able to get to our cabin after the office closed with no issues. The lodge was very cute and very clean. The pool and pool area was also kept clean and the staff at the restaurant was very friendly. Quiet, laid back, and beautiful at night."
