Terrible service. We checked in just after 4pm with nobody onsite, the second bed was not made up and when requested bedding to make ourselves, we were told not possible. Nobody would be there to help until following day.

Les Hauts de Sancerre
One of the absolute best hotels I've ever stayed at, beautiful surroundings garden's and internal salon, bedroom, gym ever. Plus staff super friendly and attentive - loved it
