Everything was really good, and the pool was really nice. The only thing is that the lady who was serving breakfast was not the nicest, but everything else was amazing. I highly recommend this place.

My son was on a camp in the same premises so it was super convenient. There is a nice cafe across the road and a large outlet mall very near with cafes too.

The hotel is comfortable and affordable, but also spare. The showers are very small. Still, we enjoyed our stay.

Would stay again

Really friendly and helpful staff, room and amenities were really clean. Pool was nice and comfy seating around it. Had the breakfast and it was very nice. Room is basic but comfy bed and clean bathroom. Local to shops and easy to find.

Amazing customer service, very friendly and helpful, no language barrier as the receipion staff spoke English well. Went out of their way to lend me a phone charger plug. Place was the perfect location to Alicante University, clean and quiet, easy access on tram to city centre. Good selection of buffet breakfast and again friendly staff. Would stay again!

Nice room with ensuite, lovely size swimming pool. But the breakfast was disappointing, no English fry up . It's a very large building. Like a university.

The hotel is part of the university complex. With this in mind, the restaurant for breakfast and evening meals is really a cafeteria for students. But don’t let that put you off, as the food is good quality and for a very reasonable price.

This place is approximately 20 minutes by tram from the centre. It is a university accommodation however you have all you need for a nice stay. My room had a fridge, TV, powerful shower. Plenty of places to eat locally. I believe you can get breakfast at the place also. The check-in went smoothly, staff very helpful. You have to check out by 12, which is good timing. They will also look after your bag if needs be. The only negative I can think of is that the walls between the rooms are thin and you can hear the other person when they are speaking.

We were woken up at 7am because the whole ceiling of the outside corridor had collapsed and water was dripping everywhere. The room had not been propenly cleaned when we arrived. The walls of the room are paper thin and you can hear everything that is going on in the adjacent rooms.
