Room was lovely and cleanish! I had to clean the bath before I could use it as it had hairs in it. It was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Also we was suppose to receive a complimentary bottle of bubbles but didn’t receive one. Still it was a pleasant stay.

Wonderful stay!

The hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed at. It is spotless, the staff is very friendly. The restaurant downstairs has amazing food and there is parking available onsite so it’s very convenient.

Zarika was excellent

The hotel was outstanding. Service was excellent. Staff were super, particularly Zarika. Transport to San Sebastián was easy and cheap via local buses which stopped around 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The only downside is the WiFi. It’s really poor, so if you need it for business, then make sure you have an alternative means of connecting. I found WiFi coverage in San Sebastián poor.

Beautiful hotel

The hotel was beautiful! The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing! They have a restaurant on the property. Gorgeous swimming pool that's only open for the summer!

San Sebastián pit stop with dog

Lovely clean and modern hotel with secure parking and dog “friendly”. Staff were fabulous and were very helpful. Only eating option if you have a dog is room service (which I did) or leave the dog in your room (which I didn’t) Dogs up to 20kg allowed in hotel.

Excellent hotel for San Sebastián

Excellent hotel for San Sebastián. Bus route close to hotel. Room was very comfortable. WiFi was not brilliant. Good value the room. Breakfast expensive.

This hotel shouldn’t be rated with4 stars. The staff in the hotel were not professional in any respect. They were unorganised, unhelpful at reception, provided poor service in the breakfast restaurant (leading us to a table and then giving it to other guests), and where do I start with the makeshift bar. The hotel is not near any other amenities so you would expect to have a permanent bar but instead the put a temporary bar out in the reception area which is not permanently staffed, so to get a drink you need to ring a bell and wait to be served. They close the bar at 11pm. We arrived back from dinner at 11.05pm and asked for a drink and despite the reception area being busy we were rudely refused service despite our polite request. When we arrived they were hoovering the reception area and seemed unprepared to deal with incoming guests. The hotel is relatively modern and in a residential and quiet area with good transport via bus into San Sebastian and could be much better. It is particularly let down by their staff at all levels from management down who are simply not up to the job.
