"No sirve el aire acondicionado y el hotel está en muy malas condiciones"

"Las 2 personas de recepción fueron muy atentas. El único detalle, (que me llamó la atención en muchos otros lugares) es que siendo Italia un país tan turístico y con tanta afluencia latina, sea tan difícil encontrar personal que hable al menos lo mínimo en español. De todos modos funcionó el inglés. El lugar está muy bien para lo poco que estuvimos. Sólo el baño debería ser revisado, poca fuerza en el inodoro. Paradas de bus y tranvia a pocos metros. En general todo bien."

"It is a quiet hotel and good to take time of quality of life, I hope you enjoy it as we do, I do not recommend the hotel's van taxi they do not leave you in front of the airport door they leave you in a parking lot and you have to walk a tunnel to get to the airport entrance gate, it is not normal that a taxi does not leave you at the main flight departure gate."

"Amazing stay in Venice! The hotel felt very modern, new, and exceptionally clean. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and everything looked fresh and updated. The staff was kind and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. It was also very easy to find transportation from the hotel, which made getting around the city and traveling with luggage much easier for us. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting...

"Our room was incredibly hot, the AC was running but blowing hot air. The staff was not helpful in assisting with the AC or providing a fan. We requested a new room, the staff said multiple times “they are all the same” but allowed us to try another room. The room was marginally better than the previous one but still miserable to sleep in. (Still quite hot) we opened the window for a good portion of the night but there is a loud bar below. Beds were uncomfortable and our room had the previous...
