It is evident there is NO CARE for Customer Satisfaction. The Bar Tenders were ALL good and polite. Also - the noise at night from the neighboring properties is BAD and there is no warning given to the guests."

Staff is the absolute gem of the resort- from the housekeeping, servers, bartenders, activities, bathroom asst. food prep you name it each and all with a smile and most delighted to be there. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Entertainment bonuses using both resorts as talent varies. All restaurants including Buffett and specialty were excellent. Did not go to casino- used concierge for excursion and transportation booking and all was amazing. "
