"The layout is very confusing if you aren’t staying in the tower. Trying to find our way to the lobby, my son and I took an elevator to the 3rd floor. When the elevator doors opened, we were met with an open construction site. There was debris and a saw out in the hallway. There was no warning signs or tape. Super dangerous. "

"I was very surprised on this hotel I Thought it would be one of the best in the area. Until I woke up to a roach in my bed next to me. I was immediately disgusted and got my stuff and left early that morning. I talked to management and still waiting to hear from them. This was very disappointing and basically just nasty. I expected better than this from a hotel like the Sheraton. Hopefully they will correct the mistake but we shall see. I took a picture of the roach and showed it to the manager so they didn’t think k I was making it up. Still waiting to hear from them."
