"No early check ins and the lobby was tiny so we had to stay occupied until 4pm. There’s no parking spaces so it was a struggle to find parking. It’s a good room if you’re trying to stay right in San Juan. It’s close to a lot of things and right across the beach. The staff was nice!"

"We arrived 7 hours late and at 2AM due to issues with weather for the flight. We were greeted kindly at the front desk by a gentleman who checked us in quickly and even gave us a free room upgrade to a poolside villa .
