"We had an amazing stay at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, the beach is gorgeous, and the pools were clean and relaxing. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The restaurants and bars offered delicious food and drinks, and the location was perfect—close to the airport and just a short ride to Old San Juan. Our room was comfortable, clean, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at the Fairmont for making our vacation so special. We look forward to coming back and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!"

"So I was traveling solo and wanted to try a new location so I decided to try this location and hotel I was so surprised how much I enjoyed this place it is literally 1 min from the beach and the staff was so friendly and welcoming with explaining places to visit that would be fun .. If your looking to explore the beach life / night life or just enjoy a relaxing time this is the place I would recommend.. when you walk out the hotel is just a short walk away to restaurants trust me you will enjoy the walk the neighborhood is very friendly so there’s no worries about walking alone there.."

"This was my first time in Puerto Rico went on a solo birthday trip. Andrea was the front desk host most of the time. She is absolutelyyyyy amazing. Made me feel completely welcomed and special.
