"The view was nice, room looked nice and clean however, there wasn’t enough counter space. Also, the A/C didn’t put out enough air and didn’t cool the room very well. The one thing that we didn’t appreciate was when there was no transparency when we ordered drinks on the beach in regards to being upfront about the expensive service charge. An average 12 ounce beer and a 12 ounce pina colada…$34 plus a tip, $40 total. Probably won’t stay at this place again."

"Property was obstructed in general by trees. Property located in a very congested neighborhood. We were not able to access the property because the property manager claimed that we were at the wrong building and that was why we couldn’t access it. "I'll start with positives: room was cleaned every day. Food at the restaurants was good.
The cleanliness of the pool and surrounding area was definitely a big issue. We got to the hotel and Thursday night and Friday pool was very clean but after that it wasn't touched. By Monday you had plastic cups sunk at the bottom of the pool, lots of sand, napkins floating etc. I brought it up on Saturday to the staff with the hopes that they would clean it but we left the property without anyone touching...

"Venue itself was really nice. The casino was fun...I even won a little. Pool and beach access was awesome. Parking was a breeze and accessible.

"Beautiful and nostalgic location. Very Frank Sinatra like. Established in 1958 and parts of the room were in need of repair and showed it.
No water in San Juan impacted the pool. Pool staff was great; however, towels and chair covers were stained.Not what I expected from this hotel.
Staff was notvthe friendliest in many cases, especially when checking in, felt like we were bothering when asking for service.
This seemed to be the case throughput the libby and bars.

"The adults only hotel was a nice getaway while also being the place to rest, while traveling around Puerto Rico.
Breakfast was solid, the room is chilly especially when you'll be in the hot sun, outside. Although you may want to check your room for ants. I had a total of 6, mostly in the bathroom, but hey, at least they're not bed bugs.
Stylish pool, a bar, and a restaurant also helps well.
Would stay if this was an option."

"Great location!!! Beautiful beach view. The beach is literally across the street! Everything within walking distance.
The couch/sofa bed needs a good cleaning and definitely more bath linens needed to be provided. We had a party of 3 for 5 nights and only received 3 bath towels and 3 washclothes. this would not have been an inconvenience, if the unit was equipped with a washer and dryer. The bldg washers and dryers were inconvenient and expensive.

"Location is perfect, close to everything. Building is good and pool too. Apartment needs to be updated. Couple things was not working or in bad condition like the microwave and ceiling fan. Bedroom was ok, but the sleeping couch was in bad condition. Parking is close enough but expensive for a night and it’s very difficult to find a parking spot on the street. "
