"Great location near Monteverde—close to hiking and nature, yet peaceful and private. One morning we even spotted green parrots from the back of the home, which was a lovely surprise. The property is new and well-maintained, with a smart layout that worked well for our family. We appreciated the 1.5 bathrooms and access to a washer and dryer, which made our stay more convenient. "Each room is like a private reehouse with a deck overlooking the volcano and the jungle. Wake up to the sunrise and sounds of many birds. The views are incredible. The staff, Larry, Luis and Francisco were incredibly helpful, taking care of every need and even coming to get us to show us monkeys on the property. Sangregado is directly across the parking lot for Mystic bridges Preserve with is an unforgettable experience. Be sure to get a guide. The Sangregedo lodge will arrange it for you. Free breakfast is great and the same restaurant also has dinner. The lodge is close to La Fortuna. We will definately be coming back on our next visit to Costa RIca. "
