"Everything was clean and breakfast was good "

"The breakfast had lots of variety. It would be nice if they offered a brown bag breakfast fo those who leave before 6 am. Pastry, fruit and juice would be simple and appreciated. The pool is lovely but oh so cold! Really liked the loungers. We noticed there’s a lamp that was really bent. It’s great to have 2 restaurants next door also—Chili’s and Denny’s! The shuttle was right on time. Keep up the good work and keep improving for it’s a place I tell my traveller friends about!"

"We ended up having to pay 250 pesos for the “free” shuttle cause we needed to get our rental car back to Enterprise. We were not happy as this information was not provided upfront. (We were willing to meet at the airport but they insisted on picking us up at Enterprise). ALSO the construction out front is a huge hinderance as it makes it almost impossible to get to the hotel. On a positive note, the rooms were exactly what we needed for the night and the restaurant was open “late”. "

"The hotel is very good, I have a quiestion If my flight is very early and I have my travel stuff ready should I go and register my luggage and come back to the hotel ? Because they took my key and I couldn't came back"

"The instructions on how to catch their shuttle bus or sadly lacking. I was assured that my 4 AM departure would work out. It was 530 by the time I got to the hotel. Hey the extra dollars and stay right in the terminal. I’m sad at Holiday Inn Express has proved not to be as reliable as I thought they were"
