"We loved the cozy atmosphere of this hotel. Warm cookies were served at night and the staff was so friendly. It felt like coming home when we walked through the front doors. Everything was clean and even though it is an older hotel, it had a lovely unique charm. The ocean was visible from one point when we stood on the pool deck but it was so easy to walk to a path above the ocean in 5 minutes. The cliff views were spectacular. Parking was a breeze at the hotel. We would love to stay here again."

"The first room I was in had cockroaches in it. Then the staff was extremely rude and not at all helpful and trying to make things right they sent me to a different room which again I had a problem in considering the shower, didn’t work. I asked to be called for the room and was told there’s nothing they could do oh not to mention the room that they sent me to for the second room was not only a downgrade for my original room, but smaller and again the broken shower."

"No AC, asked for it to be fixed 3 times—was brought up a heater. I can’t make this up. No towels for pool, stayed 3 nights, same issue every time. When asked for more towels, they said 20minutes, after an hour, still no towels. Literally ever night, for three nights. Elevators are horrible. On the left side of the building there are two elevators, Both are out of service. on the right side, There are three elevators only two are in service. Three nights stay was not asked if we want clean towels or room service for a bed turnover at all. Was woken up at 7 AM on Monday morning from construction in the room adjacent to us, and by construction, I mean what sounded like a jackhammer. It woke my kid up crying because she was so confused on what was happening. They started closing breakfast down 10 minutes before it ended, all 3 days. Beds annd sofa sleepers are horrific! I could literally feel thr spring in my back on their chairs a couch, the beds were the same. We paid for a balcony room but instead got a “patio” which was side enough for the 7 year old to stand on, my body was still partly in the room. Oh and that view! Construction soon straight ahead, all dirt, scrapes, and contraction machines. Ironically enough, no noise from that at all. The list goes on. Wouldn’t recommends, it’s gives motel vibes, like 2 star motel vibes. I was surprised the rooms were clean and bug free. Shout out to the house keeping! "

"The room was just beautiful with a very nice balcony. Staff, especially the valet guys could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The bar staff and restaurant staff were also outstanding. We will be back!"
