"This is nice hotel! The buffet breakfast has unique menu items like mini egg bites and homemade vanilla yogurt. There was an abundance of variety and quantity!"

"Breakfast was decent for the kids. Location looked like not the best area but once there it was perfect for our little stay. Parking was good. Elevator didn’t work and we had lots of sports equipment to carry up the stairs. "

"This is a nice hotel downtown San Jose and what you would expect from a Hilton. I do however have some feedback: 1) if there is any noice outside it feels as though the windows are open. 2) there is no smart TV in the room so you are left watching whatever channels are available, unless you have you laptop with you 3) room service and restaurant prices are extremely high 4) the bathroom light is a motion detection light, so it will turn off on you in the middle of your shower. No big issues, just details I wanted to share. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We arrived and the reception guy was the rudest person Ive ever had to speak to. I asked to add my husbands Marriott number and he ga e me such a hard time! I will NEVER stay there again! So rude! Ive never had an issue until oir stay there. Theb we had to change rooms because our bed had a huge hole! After drivinf 6 hours having to change rooms was horrible! "
