It’s a beautiful place but without modern amenities. It needs work and no where near to the 4 star hotel facilities. Was also charged for an extra cot which was already paid. Read instructions well after booking.

Komfort szempontjából csak egy negatívum van: még hideg volt a villában, csak november 1-től fűtenek. Viszont azonnal hozott egy melegítő készüléket a recepciós hölgy! Gyönyörű kertben fekszik, szép a berendezés az előtérben, a szobákban, van egy nagyon aranyos kedves macska is a kertben. :)

La verdad es un lugar con historia, muchas antigüedades y reliquias!!!! Cuando les dije a mis padres necesito que me den información de como fue su estadía pars escribir la reseña me dijeron: "todo super bien, todos los chicos super amorosos y dispuestos a ayudarnos" La verdad un pequeño gran detalle es que cuando hice la reserva no dimensioné la distancia yabque esta un poco alejado, pero la verdad es que super gentiles, se ofrecieron en llevar a mis padres aprovechandonq tenian q ir para el mismo lugar. Asi que a tener en cuenta la distancia, pero es un lugar muy muy bonito!!!!!! Gracias totales!!!!!

Vakkert sted, men voldsomme fester holdt oss våkne

Et helt fantastisk vakkert sted med stor historisk verdi. Dessverre ble vi holdt våkne både fredag og lørdag natt da dette stedet arrangerer store fester, noe de gjerne kunne ha informert om på forhånd, men det ble ikke sagt et eneste ord om det. Frokosten var ikke bra, bortsett fra mulighet til å lage ferskpresset appelsinjuice.

500 year old manor belonging to the Ussero family. The propriety had many famous guest, including Napoleon and Josephine, Lord Byron, Shelly and Alexandre Dumas Pere... Beautiful ballroom, white glove service, excellent restaurant nearby with dinner special for hotel guests. Halfway between Pisa and Lucca, in beautiful Italian countryside. An unforgettable experience

Très belle demeure ! Mais un petit hic, si vous arrivez de nuit, très difficile de trouver le digicode… Une petite lumière à cet endroit serait bien. Et aussi, recevoir le code un peu avant serait une bonne chose sans être obligé de le demander. Chambre un peu petite pour 3 personnes. Petit déjeuner très bien

Tivemos muita dificuldade em encontrar a rota para hotel - usando ou Google Maps ou Waze. Horários de check in só até 19h e checkout obrigatório às 10:00h. Não tem ninguém nos horários de tarde e de noite, então se precisar alguma informação, não tem. Escadaria de 40 degraus para acessar o quarto. Funcionários ajudaram no transporte da bagagem, mas mesmo assim muito inconveniente. Banheiro muito pequeno com poucas amenidades - sabonete só 1 oferecido no 2o dia. Tivemos que comprar. Restaurante Relais All’Ussero e ótimo, mas não funcionava no 2o dia. Café da manhã somente com uvas oferecidas de frutas e muito repetitivo. Pouca variedade de pães. Só havia muito as tortas doces. Enfim, um café da manhã pobre. Não ficaríamos de novo lá.

Le cadre est très beau mais les chambres vieillissantes... Période très chaude : il y avait une clim mais tellement bruyante qu'on n'a pas pu l'utiliser. Le lieu a du cachet : difficile à moderniser.

Extremely noisy AC & the bathroom smelled terrible

We arrived late and did self check-in. The bathroom in our room smelled terrible, it was really bad and since the reception was closed we could not ask for another room. There was an air conditioner in our room but it was extremely noisy, none of us had a good night’s sleep. In the morning we complained but did not get any compensation. The villa was beautiful but I would not recommend anyone to stay there overnight.
