Our stay at Mormoraia was truly unforgettable. Our patio and room faced the city of San Gimignano and it was breathtaking. The food was incredible (the truffle pasta was my go-to each night). We did the lunch + wine tasting and were so glad we decided to do it. I cannot recommend Mormoraia enough - we will definitely be back!

We loved the friendliness and hospitality of the staff! The attention to detail and service was amazing. Julia especially went out of her way to make our stay and wine tour special. What a tranquil and special place! This was the highlight of our Italy tour and we would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing property, the staff was so charming and nice all the way. The views in every corner are just so beautiful for amazing pictures and a sitdown with a glass of the Vernaccia Wine from there own Vineyard. I highly recommend the hotel and definitely will be back.

Amazing hotel in the heart (and soul) of Tuscany. Wonderful place, wonderful people...just amazing. 10 minutes from San Gimigiagno and close to Chianti, Florence...everything you want to see in the region. The restaurant is also amazing, great food and they make their own wine...at breakfast Capuccinos are the best!!!!!!

Mormoraia gave a feeling of understated luxury and we absolutely loved the experience. The bathroom stank quite a bit but we stayed only for 2 nights and were able to ignore the issue. I also wish the front desk staff were a bit more friendly - everyone at the restaurant (which we visited 4 times) was wonderful.

Incredible Property

Mormoraia was an incredibly beautiful property nestled in picturesque vineyards with distant views of San Giminano's towers. We could not stop taking photos all over the grounds bc it was truly a dream. We loved spending time in the pool, which was a perfect temperature. The staff were all excellent as well, but some were more helpful than others. Highly recommend a visit here!

This property is stunningly beautiful our room was lovely and very clean. We were only disappointed that we couldn’t use the hot tub because they charged 90 euros for 1.5 hours per person to use the spa. The hot tub was outside of the spa and we were really looking forward to using it after 6 busy travel days in the major cities. The weather was to cool to use the unheated pool so a quick soak in a hot tub would have been great but not worth 180 euros That is our only complaint everything else was wonderful.
