We loved this hotel and location. The staff are amazing and so attentive. Lovely facilites and great food. We hired a car which I would recommend from Europcar at Milan Linate airport. We were 30 mins from Sirmione and just over an hour to Limome Sul Garda. Nice restaurants only 4 mins away in San Felice Benaco.

Villa Luisa is a very interesting location to spend time having fun and relaxing at Lake Garda. The property offers numerous comforts and services, such as a swimming pool, wellness area, restaurant, and bistro. The service is very efficient in all aspects, prompt in responses, and attentive to guests' needs. The rooms are spacious and recently furnished, and I was fortunate to stay in an apartment with a lake view. An area for improvement is the lack of wardrobes and the poor sound insulation of the rooms. In my opinion, the structure and organization reflect what a 4-star hotel should be, but often is not.

Hotel Villa Luisa is a nice small hotel in the quiet village Portese. The hotel is situated in walking distance from the port of Portese and a few nice restaurants. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. The pool area is very nice and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot. The breakfast selection is very nice with a large selection of fruits, eggs, bread and everything you look for. The room was spacious enough for 4 people. However, it would be good to have more storage space in the room, here is some room for improvement. Also, the shower cabin is very small and could use a renovation. The large balcony with amazing views of the Lake Garda is great. We would definitely recommend the hotel and hope to be back sometime.

Unique atmosphere with a qenuine and lovely attention from the staff providing top of the edge service all over the hotel. I made the booking under my name and was later joined by a friend. At checkout, I was harassed, made to feel like a criminal, and made to pay extra because I did not inform them in the middle of the night that I had a guest in my room. I’m not a child, and they are not my parents, and I’m entitled to my privacy. Also, videos and photos of the beautiful surroundings were interrupted early in the morning by construction on-site.

Wir waren für 5 Tage in diesen Hotel . Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise phantastisch.Das Personal super freundlich und das Frühstück hervorragend,es war alles vorhanden was man braucht . Schöne saubere Zimmer ,täglich gereinigt und sehr sauber . Die Poolaanlage ein Traum ,sehr ruhig gelegen und von Tourismus nicht überrollt . Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder . Dankeschön

Très bel établissement, idéalement situé et très calme. Nous avons profité d’une chambre spacieuse avec une literie ferme (petit bémol pour les oreillers que nous avons trouvés un peu trop plats). À noter pour votre organisation : les animaux de compagnie sont les bienvenus (supplément de 20 € par nuit), bien qu’ils ne soient pas admis dans la salle de restauration. Concernant la recharge des véhicules électriques, elle est gracieusement offerte, mais pensez bien à apporter votre propre câble pour prise domestique. Un immense merci à l’équipe, et tout particulièrement à Emilata pour son écoute, sa bienveillance et ses précieux conseils de visite. Sa bonne humeur est un vrai plus ! Merci également à Filipo pour son accueil chaleureux chaque matin lors du petit-déjeuner, qui est par ailleurs très diversifié. Une belle adresse que je recommande.

Habitación limpia y correcta. La cama no fue la más confortable que he utilizado. Hotel correcto y práctico si estás con vehículo. Para utilizar los servicios de SPA hay que reservarlos con antelación. El parking en el hotel tiene un costo de EUR 13/día (notificado post reserva) pero hay uno gratuito enfrente al hotel.

Camera pulita. Personale molto gentile. Colazione buona anche se avrei voluto qualche opzione in più sul salato. Come dolce invece impeccabile. Spa piccola, nella sala relax non c'era mai posto.Il personale però ha dato un servizio massaggi ottimo che ci ha fatto veramente rilassare. Le persone fanno la differenza in questo caso. Grazie
